用途と特徴
この工作機械は当工場が完成品のピストンリング、テーパリング、バレルリングめっきの前に表面が滑らかで、隣接エッジの面取りがきれいで、しかも磨き品質の良し悪しがめっきの表面品質に直接影響することに基づいて設計したものである。国内にはピストンリング加工設備があり、大部分はフレキシブル研磨がなく、しかもクランプ後の全筒リングの中心偏差、すなわち芯棒の曲げなどの原因がピストンリングの表面品質に直接影響する。この工作機械の最大の特徴はフレキシブル装置を採用してピストンリング表面に圧力を均一に受けさせ、適応性が広く、大、小環の万能加工を保証し、パス速度と移動速度はそれぞれサーボモータとデジタル制御制御制御である。操作が簡単で、安全で信頼性があり、本体中央部に2つのボタン（手動時に電気ボックス上で動作を完了する）を設定する加工ファッションには保護カバーがあります。
